Imad Riazuddin is a senior at Edmond Santa Fe High School. He started his journey with DECA his sophomore year and immediately grew an instant connection to the organization after serving as their Chaplain.
He then went on to serve as the Oklahoma DECA State Treasurer in 2009-2010. He helped to implement an exciting Program of Work with fellow state officers until the end of his term in February 2010. However, he knew he could not end his service to DECA and was elected as your State President at the Oklahoma DECA State Career Development Conference in February 2010.
Other than DECA, Imad maintains involvement at his school and in his community. At Edmond Santa Fe High School, he has served as the Junior Class Secretary and is currently serving as Senior Class Secretary. Outside of Edmond Santa Fe, Imad has participated in Edmond Youth Council, Youth Leadership Oklahoma and Youth Leadership Exchange. He maintains a positive commitment to his community. As Imad sees it, every person should give something back to a community that has helped to raise and nurture them. In his free time, Imad loves keeping up with Oklahoma sports teams, spending time with friends and family, or just taking some time to relax with music. During his term as State President, Imad looks forward to working with local officers and members to help lead Oklahoma through another successful year as we "Expand Your Network!" He is a social media addict and looks forward to connecting with all of you! Add him on Facebook, Twitter, Skype, or email him at irokdecapres@gmail.com.
